Elk Ivory Studio

Elk Ivory Studio's mission is to build fun games that help people learn new languages and alphabets.  These games are built with the assistance of an autistic individual with hopes to expand to others with disabilities.  Please reach out if you would like to get involved.  

Our first game is Esperanto Word Search.  The player can select English or Esperanto for the word list and when selecting the letters, the sound that letter makes is played.  This is possible because Esperanto has a hard rule that each letter in the alphabet can my make one and only one sound.  Right now, this game is only one level, and it randomly selects 10 to 15 mammal words from a list of 100.  Check out the games page for more details.  

We have plans to build other word search games that help you learn a new phonetic finger spelling system and the phonetic Shavian alphabet.  For more information on Shavian, check out shavian.info
